If you choose to pre-book your next appointment in person on the day of your service, no additional deposit is needed. However, if you book online, a deposit will still be required to confirm your spot. Specials & Discounts Info: My package specials are already bundled and discounted at a set price—so the 20% off does not apply to those. The 20% discount is for services booked at regular price and is applied at checkout, not at the time of deposit. While the deposit itself is not discounted, it is included in the final total when the 20% is calculated and taken off at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 💬 Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time—and other clients on my waitlist miss the chance to be seen. Out of respect for my time and my business, I have a firm cancellation policy in place: 🔸 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. 🔸 Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 65% of the service total. No-shows are extremely disruptive to my schedule and business. This fee helps cover the time, preparation, and loss incurred from a missed appointment. This policy is in place not to be harsh, but to protect my time, energy, and income—as well as to ensure fairness for all clients. If you’re feeling sick or there’s an emergency, please reach out.
